First reservation

In order to be able to record yourself, at least one responsible person from the business needs to have carried out our technical introduction.

The introduction takes approximately 30 minutes and includes microphone placement, headphones, start and stop, retakes and safe completion of the recording.

During August and September 2026, the introduction is included free of charge at the first booking. After that, it costs 900 kr excl. VAT.

This is not included

• Editorial Clipping
• Elimination of errors or retakes
• Music, intro or outro
• Script or content planning
• Publication
• Video recording

Such assistance can be booked separately.

Delivery and Storage

Processed stereo mix and original tracks are delivered digitally within three business days.

The next working day express delivery can be booked according to capacity for a fee of 750 SEK excl. VAT.

We save a backup for 30 days after delivery. After that, the customer is responsible for their own storage.

Technical error

If the recording becomes inoperable due to a technical failure in Snällfabrikens equipment, you will receive a new corresponding recording opportunity free of charge.
